Weighing indicators and controllers
A weight indicator is a component of electronic scales that receives a signal from load cells, converts it into a measurement result, and then displays this result on the display. The indicator is used to calibrate and adjust the weighing system. With the help of indicators, it is possible to transfer weight data to a duplicate display, PC, accounting system or control system.
The device and principle of operation of weighing indicators
The weight controller, using the reference value calibration, first converts the voltage data from the load cell into a digital code, and then translates it into final values. In this way, the main function that is part of the production process is carried out - weight control.
Depending on the complexity of the terminal, it can be used in static and dynamic weighing systems. Depending on the model, the indicators may have analog or discrete outputs for controlling executive mechanisms. Most scale terminals can be connected to a computer or enterprise network via standard interfaces. Some models support wireless connection, both with load cell and with computers (via a router).
Characteristics of weighing terminals
Weighing terminals, like any other Keli weighing equipment used in the field of legally regulated metrology, are subject to certification and entered in the State Register. Thus, the measurement accuracy of our products is certified, regulated at the state level.
Dust and moist protection - is a standard indicator of reliability that is present in all products of Keli Ukraine weighing equipment, whether it is a digital load cell or a weight controller. Depending on the purpose, weighing terminals can be made to work in office spaces, outdoors or in dusty workshops.
The range includes models with a built-in check printer for printing out weighing results. We also have remote check printing printers that can be connected to already installed indicators.
The height of the indicator digits is an indicator that must meet the approved standards. Usually, the digital height is 1-3 cm, rarely 5-7 cm. If there is a need to increase the size of the screen, remote duplicating boards are used, which additionally display the weighing result.
Almost all modern weighing terminals "Keli Sensing" have a built-in power source or work from the mains. This allows you to automate and speed up the weighing process. However, small table scales can run on batteries.
