"Keli Ukraine" LLC provides a 12-month warranty for all types of load cell equipment manufactured by Keli Sensing.
Our company guarantees the operation of the equipment in accordance with the technical characteristics during the entire warranty period. The warranty period (12 months) is calculated from the date of delivery of the weighing equipment.
Terms of guarantee
- Warranty repair of weighing equipment is carried out on the condition that the client submits a completed warranty application.
- Delivery of equipment subject to warranty repair is carried out by the customer independently and at his own expense to the service center.
- Equipment sent for warranty replacement must be fully assembled. The presence of the original packaging, passport for the equipment and all additional components included in the delivery set are mandatory.
- Warranty obligations do not apply to materials and parts that wear out during operation, as well as consumables.
Terms of termination of warranty obligations
- There is a violation of the integrity of the seals of the equipment.
- The equipment is used in violation of the operating rules, with non-compliance with the requirements for power parameters and instructions specified in the operating documentation, as well as technical standards and safety norms in force in Ukraine.
- Equipment failure due to user or third party intervention in the equipment design.
- Product damage as a result of equipment operation exceeding the limits of load characteristics declared by the manufacturer.
- Malfunction of the equipment due to mechanical damage, rough handling or vandalism, as well as due to the ingress of liquid, animals, insects, their waste products or other foreign objects.
- Damage to the equipment as a result of electrical damage that occurred during the action of strong electromagnetic fields (as a result of welding work, lightning discharge, other factors).
- Equipment failure due to force majeure.
Delivery
The company "Keli Ukraine" carries out scheduled deliveries of products every day in accordance with the conditions of carriers of Ukraine.
In cases of urgent need, we organize delivery by alternative means, because we understand the importance of restoring the equipment to its working capacity as soon as possible. Our company cares about customers and their time, and also helps speed up production.
