Task
Provide automatic dosing of loose products and their packaging. The dispenser worked in semi-automatic mode, there was still the need to set the container, give the command to start dosing by the operator using a foot pedal, and pick up the filled container.
What was done
For accurate weight measurement and subsequent dosing, AMI type KELI load cells were installed, which enabled full automation of the dispenser.
