To implement the project, a scheme for installing and connecting weighing equipment was developed. As a result, all hoppers were connected to the same software to display the current weight and record the arrival/expenditure of bird feed.
Weighing and accounting of products in bunkers on a poultry farm using Keli Sensing load cell
Task
Ensure the control of the fullness of the bunkers and account for the arrival/expenditure of feed for birds on the farm. It was necessary to install the hoppers on the load cell and place a duplicating panel to display the current weight in the hopper on the screen. You also need to connect the system to a PC to transfer data to the foreman's workplace.
What was done
All tasks were completed in accordance with the deadlines set by the customer. The client was satisfied, and with the help of Keli equipment, several more similar projects were implemented at the company's facilities.
