Weighing grain in a hopper using Keli tensometric equipment

Task

It was necessary to provide weighing and accounting of grain crops in the silo with a total weight of up to 18 tons. The difficulty was to correctly install the silo on the load cell in order to simultaneously ensure the stability of the structure and the accuracy of weighing.

What was done

Thanks to the high qualification of the specialists of PP "Carmel" and the use of weighing equipment manufactured by KELI, it was possible to implement high-quality weighing of grain crops in the bunker and ensure the stability of the entire structure.

A QS-A 10-30t Premium load cell was installed under each silo support, as well as an additional rollover protection module, which ensured the reliability of the entire structure, as well as the correct load transfer to each load cell.
