Provide reliable and high-quality measurement of weight and dosage of the main components for the production of concrete, namely sand, crushed stone, water, and inert additives.

What was done

To perform the main task, load cells of the s-shaped type (Keli DEF) working on tension are used. Thanks to the installation of high-precision sensors from the company "Keli Ukraine”, it was possible to achieve simple, fast, and correct weighing and dosing of components for preparing the mixture.

Thanks to the correctly selected type of sensors, high quality of work, and the accuracy class of Keli equipment, the production received the most accurate proportions of components for the production of concrete. The result is a final product of high quality.
