Task

Ensure control of the measurement of the weight of mixtures used in the production of concrete: sand, crushed stone, water, and inert additives.

What was done

To implement the task, load cells of the S-shaped type (Keli DEF) and beam type SQB are used. Thanks to the correct combination of types of load cells (depending on the design of the capacity), the client got the opportunity to simply and quickly record and dose materials for the preparation of a high-quality mixture.

Keli load cells of the OAR export brand are the most effective option for use in aggressive environments.

By combining high-quality Keli Sensing sensors, the concrete plants of PP "Karmel" successfully implement the dosing of components for concrete production.
