Diagnostics of the brake system using Keli tensometric products

Task
Provide testing and diagnostics on brake stands to check braking efficiency and stability of vehicles during braking for compliance.
What was done
To implement the task, Keli Sensing loading cells were installed in the brake stand mechanism. Tensometric equipment perceives the results of measuring the braking force transmitted from the wheels of the car through the support rollers to the balancing electric motor.

Motor-reducers move the support rollers on which the car drives. During braking, the reactive moments from the motor reducers are transmitted to the brake force sensors, which produce electrical signals proportional to the braking forces of the right and left wheels.

Keli load cells can be used to determine the mass of the axle of a motor vehicle, which is diagnosed with further processing using bench software.
